We are excited to have you! Please follow these instructions for using the parking space to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:

🚗 Parking Location:

Use the middle space, front forward, as close as possible to the column.

⛔ First-Come, First-Serve Basis:

Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you book one of the two condos and message us that you will be driving, you will have priority access to the middle spot on the right gate (when facing the building) after receiving confirmation from us.

📦 Temporary Parking:

Other guests may park behind you temporarily to unload luggage and then park on the street, which is perfectly safe.

📍 Parking Spot Details:

Your parking spot is located inside the right gate (there are two gates with the main door entrance in the middle when facing the building), and it is the middle spot.

📜 Instructions:

  • 🔓 Gate Operation: Only open the gate with the app (link in check-in instructions) when you are physically present. Do not open or close the gate remotely for safety reasons.
  • ➡️ Parking Direction: Drive straight into the middle spot. Do not back into the spot.
  • 🔄 Parking Alignment: Ensure your car is as close as possible to the column on the right and as close as possible to the fence in the back. This allows the neighbor who owns the left-most parking spot to park and exit with ease. If you have a passenger, have them exit the car before you park.
  • 🔒 Gate Closure: Always close the gate using the app after parking or before leaving. Reminder: Please only open and close the gate when physically present as shared above.

Gate Remote and Parking Instructions:

Parking Instructions:
When parking, please drive forward and position your vehicle as close to the fence and the right column as possible (see image above).

Under no circumstances should you back up into the spot. Always drive forward to the end, as close to the gate and the right column as described above.
Following these instructions is crucial. Failure to do so may result in issues, and I will refer to these instructions if necessary.

Gate Remote Instructions:
The remote control for the gate is located inside the drawer where the PC is kept. The first button is used to open and close the gate.

Important:
Only open or close the gate while directly in front of it.
DO NOT attempt to operate the gate from the condo/studio or the hallway.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in the gate hitting another vehicle, for which you will be held liable for any damage to the car or injury to individuals.

Security Reminder:
Always ensure the gate is fully closed once your vehicle is either inside or outside. For security reasons, NEVER leave the gate open after moving your vehicle.

Checkout Reminder:
When checking out, please take a picture of the key in the location where you originally found it.
A $50 fee will be charged if the key is not returned to its proper place upon checkout.
