Your parking spot is inside the right gate (when facing the building), and it is the middle spot directly in front of the column.

🎮 Gate Remote Instructions:

• 📦 The gate remote is located in the drawer where the PC is.
• 🔘 Use Button 1 on the remote to open and close the gate.
• 📸 IMPORTANT: When checking out, you must take a picture of the remote placed back exactly where you found it (in the drawer). This serves as proof of return.
• 💰 If the remote is lost or not returned with photo confirmation, a $50 fee will apply.
• 👀 Only use the remote when you can physically see the gate open or close. Do not press the button unless you are present and watching the gate move.
• 🔒 The gate must be closed both when arriving and when leaving. This is absolutely critical for the security of all other tenants. Never leave the gate open unattended.

🚘 Parking Best Practices:

• ➡️ Drive straight into the spot. Do not back in.
• 📏 Park as close as possible to the column and fence to maximize space for others.
• 👫 If you have a passenger, have them exit the vehicle before parking to avoid blocking the narrow space.
• 📦 Temporary guest unloading is allowed, but long-term street parking is encouraged for additional vehicles.
